How It Works
Every game turn involves AI processing — faction decisions, narrative generation, NPC reactions. We charge a flat rate per turn based on actual AI costs.

FAQ
Why per-turn instead of per-token?
Per-token pricing is unpredictable — a verbose AI response could cost 5× more than a concise one. Per-turn gives you a consistent, predictable cost every time you play.
What is a "turn"?
One turn = one season in game time. You make decisions, AI resolves the outcomes, and the world advances one quarter. In multiplayer, one turn includes all players' decisions.
Can I run out of credits mid-game?
No. We check your balance before each turn. If you're running low, you'll see a reminder in the game lobby — never during gameplay.
How accurate is the "turns per Credit" estimate?
Based on real usage data from hundreds of games. The actual number varies slightly depending on which game and how many NPC factions are active, but ~100 turns per Credit is a reliable estimate.
